Some people get on well without it but I think if you get unwell without it you should take it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also it is really hard taking meds when side effects are unpleasant and effects the quality of life. But I think the choice is be unwell and get worse or deteriorate or stay on an even keel and improve your life over time with effort.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saying that wellness and recovery is a contensious issue. Should mental 'illness' or conditions be viewed and treated as diseases. Isn't it a difference?.
